About these courses
IELTS is the English test most universities and immigration authorities actually ask for. Over 11,000 organisations accept it, and if you are applying to a UK university, it is almost certainly on their requirements list.
Preparation courses at UK schools cover all four test papers: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. You will work with teachers who know the exam inside out — the marking criteria, the common traps, the timing. Most courses also include regular mock tests so you can track your progress before exam day.
Courses run from 2 to 12 weeks. You can choose between Academic IELTS (for university entry) and General Training (for work or migration visas). Most schools have rolling start dates, so you do not need to wait for a fixed term to begin.
