About this course
This course adds English Plus to Anglotec's morning General English: 15 hours from 09:00 to 12:30, then 5 hours of a chosen topic from 14:00 to 15:00. Topics include General and Academic IELTS preparation, Business English, presentation and negotiation skills, workplace communication, Academic English and TOEIC. This is the autumn price, for courses from September to November (£240 for General English plus £55 for English Plus). Autumn has smaller classes and lower prices than summer, with the Whitby Goth Weekend at Halloween and Bonfire Night in November. Students who study for two weeks or more join the free weekday activity programme, and the Conversation Club (16:00 to 17:00) is free. Weekend excursions cost extra. Homestay with a local family is £230 a week, with breakfast, a packed lunch and dinner.
