Los cursos
Young Learners combinan lecciones de inglés con un programa completo de actividades: deportes, arte, visitas culturales y excursiones de un día. Los estudiantes suelen tener entre 8 y 17 años y las clases se agrupan por edad y nivel para que el contenido y el ritmo sean los adecuados.
Las mañanas son tiempo de clase estructurado. Las tardes son actividades. La idea es que los estudiantes sigan usando el inglés fuera del aula sin que se sienta como en la escuela. El personal tiene experiencia con estudiantes más jóvenes y hay supervisión durante todo el día.
La mayoría de los programas se imparten durante las vacaciones escolares; el verano es el más importante, pero también existen cursos de Semana Santa y de mitad de período. El alojamiento suele ser en casas de familia o residenciales. Muchas escuelas incluyen traslados al aeropuerto y ofrecen atención pastoral las 24 horas, lo cual es importante si su hijo viaja solo.
