Purpose-Built Campus
The modern 2.5-acre campus is located just 15 minutes’ walk from Cambridge’s historic centre, close to the prestigious University of Cambridge and beautiful River Cam. Elizabeth House, attached to the school building, offers 236 single en-suite rooms for ages 14-17, while Darwin House opening June 2026 will provide 70 single en-suite and 28 twin en-suite bedrooms on campus. Students never need to step outside in winter as accommodation connects directly to teaching buildings. All meals are freshly prepared on campus by in-house chefs partnering with Thomas Franks.

CATS Cambridge is unashamedly ambitious—a launch pad to greatness enabling students to become their preferred version of themselves. With over 35 years’ experience, the school specializes in preparing international students for top UK universities including Oxford and Cambridge. Every student receives personalized support through dedicated Personal Tutors overseeing groups of 15 students, discussing wellbeing, aims, targets, challenges and accomplishments. The school offers enhanced programmes for competitive applications in medicine, law, and other professions.
Comprehensive University Support
Every student receives one-to-one guidance from a full-time Higher Education Officer dedicated to university applications. Students visit various campuses, attend workshops perfecting personal statements, and receive individual support including interview practice. The Key Professions Programme provides career preparation in competitive areas like medicine and law, giving students a head start. CATS hosts exclusive University Fairs with over 70 universities including Cambridge, LSE, and Imperial College London.
Exceptional Pastoral Care
A dedicated team of live-in houseparents provides 24-hour support ensuring students’ wellbeing in over 230 single en-suite rooms at the main campus. For over-18s, recently refurbished independent living accommodation is available short walk from college with full-board en-suite rooms offering university-style experience. Welfare officers provide advice on travel, settling in, personal support and counselling. The Medical Centre operates on campus alongside the Student Welfare team.

CATS Cambridge specializes in helping international students from over 60 nationalities progress to the world's most prestigious universities including Oxford, Cambridge, and Russell Group institutions. With over 35 years' experience, the school offers enhanced support programmes for competitive applications including medicine and law through the Key Professions Programme. Every student receives one-to-one university guidance, campus visits, personal statement workshops, and interview practice. Academic programmes include English language lessons in fees for all students, with personal tutors overseeing wellbeing and personalized study plans.
